By using LeafLenz, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

LeafLenz uses visual AI and may use the Pl@ntNet recognition API to estimate plant identity, condition, and care information. Results are informational possibilities, not guaranteed identification or professional diagnosis.

Never ingest a plant or make medical, veterinary, poisoning, pesticide, or urgent safety decisions based only on LeafLenz. Confirm important decisions with an appropriate qualified local expert or poison-control resource.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, scrape private data, impersonate others, or use LeafLenz in violation of applicable law.

You keep ownership of photos, posts, and comments you submit. You give LeafLenz a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You must have the right to share your content. Community content must follow the Community Guidelines. We may hide or remove content, address reports, or restrict access to protect members and the service.

Plant-identification or care information does not authorize unlawful activity. LeafLenz may not be used to buy, sell, trade, distribute, or arrange delivery of controlled substances, or to facilitate other illegal conduct. You are responsible for understanding and following laws that apply where you live.

LeafLenz offers optional paid plans. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and paid features begin only after you affirmatively authorize payment.

LeafLenz may change, experience errors, or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, LeafLenz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its results. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for safety, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

We may update these Terms as LeafLenz evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions or account-deletion requests can be submitted through Support.
